For me, empowering healing is personal!
My anxiety started at age 6 and turned into panic attacks by age 8, later adding to fertility challenges, brain function issues and a belief that life would always just be HARD for me. And that's when I discovered holistic Gut-Brain health, took a deeper dive into nervous system function and trauma in my later years and not only did I start to heal, I started stepping into a new version of my life. I don't believe that we are given any obstacle so that we simply just suffer. I believe that we are also given a way to heal, and when we seek this process, we'll gain the spiritual muscle to contribute great purpose to the world from that pain.
